The exercise consists of simple exercises like the Foot to Foot Crunch. Lying flat on the floor, you get your abs to work by crunching to your side as you reach for your foot with your hand. The upward-sideward motion allows your abs to work out heavily. Alternate reaching for your right and left foot.

Alternating curls is also part of the abs exercise routine. Lie flat on the floor and place both your hands at the back of your neck and do a sit up motion into the right side of your body. As your abs move up, you also raise your right knee to complement your sit up motion. Alternate with the left side of your body, this time your left knee goes up to compliment the left side movement. This exercise can be done thru 30-second durations. After that allow yourself to recover.

The push thru exercise comes next. Lie flat on the floor with your knees bent. As you get up to perform the sit up motion, thrust your joined hands into the center of your knees, pushing thru that threshold to get your body up and your abs crunching. This too must be done in a total of 30 seconds.

The next one is the 4x ABS exercise. You lie flat on your back, your hands behind your neck and you raise the whole length of your right foot straight up in the air. The leg raise completes the count 1-2, and the lowering of the same also completes the count 1-2. Alternate this with your left foot. 30 seconds of this workout should be enough.
